Payments for Slova are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued by Paddle. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
1. Not used yet: 14 days
If you have not used your subscription at all, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. “Not used” means that since the payment you have not opened any paid lesson and have not used any AI tool.
2. Every other case
Once you have used the subscription, or after the 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. Write to us at info@getslova.com and tell us what happened; we look at every request. Renewal payments are normally not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits a right to cancel or to a refund that the law where you live gives you. Where such a right applies, Paddle handles it as set out in Paddle’s refund policy. Billing errors, such as being charged twice or after you cancelled, are always corrected.
4. How to ask
Email info@getslova.com from the address you paid with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the money. After a refund, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free plan.
5. Fair use
We may refuse a refund under section 1 where there are clear signs of abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund cycles on the same or linked accounts. This never limits your rights under section 3.
